Quick answers
Analysis won’t start: Check your connection, use daylight media, and try fewer photos or a video under 25 seconds and 50 MB.
Purchase missing: Open Settings and choose Restore purchases while signed into the same Apple or Google account used to subscribe.
Delete data: Use Settings → Delete account and data, or see the deletion instructions.
