What Mow Coach provides
Mow Coach provides automated visual feedback based only on media you submit. Scores and suggestions are informational coaching intended to improve a lawn’s visual appearance. They are not professional turf diagnosis, agronomic, pesticide, irrigation, legal, or safety advice.
Your responsibilities
You must have permission to upload the media you submit and must not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing material. Follow equipment manuals, product labels, local laws, and appropriate safety practices. Stop using equipment if a condition is unsafe.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for access to your account and device. Do not attempt to bypass limits, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected systems, or use Mow Coach to harm others. We may restrict abusive or fraudulent use.
Subscriptions
Your first analysis may be included free. Paid plans, prices, billing period, trial terms if any, and renewal details are displayed before purchase by Apple or Google. Purchases are charged to your store account and renew automatically unless canceled through that store at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Restore Purchase is available in the app. Refunds are handled under the applicable store’s policies.
AI limitations
Automated results can be incomplete or wrong and depend on lighting, angle, image quality, season, and what is visible. Do not rely on Mow Coach to identify disease, pests, chemical needs, property boundaries, hazards, or equipment problems. Consult a qualified local professional when appropriate.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may revise usage allowances to keep the service reliable and sustainable. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Ownership
You retain rights in the media you upload. You give us a limited license to host and process that media solely to operate, secure, and support Mow Coach. The Mow Coach service, design, software, and branding are owned by us or our licensors.
Disclaimers and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Mow Coach is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, fitness, or availability. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lawn or equipment damage, or decisions made from automated coaching. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so these limits may not fully apply to you.
Termination and contact
You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend access for material violations of these terms. Questions may be sent to support@mowcoach.com.
